My Story
I started lifting at 13 because I hated how skinny I was. I was really insecure about my body. I used to hide in my room and do 5 minute ab workouts in hopes that it would get rid of some of that insecurity, but it just made it worse.
I lifted for 3 years consistently and built a solid base. Then I stopped. I focused on soccer during high school and over those two years I lost almost all of the muscle that I worked so hard to put on.
That hit hard.
When I picked the gym back up, it was different. I had experience. I had knowledge. I understood what actually builds muscle and what just wastes time. I stopped training randomly and started structuring my workouts and diet.
I did not just get back to where I was. I pushed past it.
I will never forget what it felt like to be the skinny kid who did not feel confident in his own body. That is why I coach with structure. That is why I emphasize progression. That is why I focus on real results.
Because I know how good it will feel when it finally works.
